Our Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is a comprehensive 2-year program designed to equip you with specialised knowledge and skills in the areas of organisational learning and capability development. The curriculum covers a diverse range of topics, including developing collaborative partnerships, leading financial strategy development, initiating applied research, contributing to organisational performance development, reviewing e-learning systems, leading strategic transformation, fostering innovative thinking and practice, applying critical thinking for complex problem-solving, and implementing improved learning practices.

Admission Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must hold a current Approved visa for study in Australia (at the time of course commencement)
- Must demonstrate satisfactory completion of studies in applicant’s home country equivalent to an Australian Year 12 qualification*
- Are required to provide evidence of any one of the following tests of upper intermediate proficiency in English: (see exemptions below)
