The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is a specialised program designed for professionals seeking to excel in organisational learning and development. Additionally, five elective units must be chosen.

This course opens the door to leadership roles in learning and organisational development. The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) equips you with the expertise for positions such as:

Eligibility Requirements

To enrol in this course, applicants should:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrolment.
• Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or otherwise eligible to enrol as a domestic student.
• Have a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI), unless exempt.
• Have an interest in developing advanced leadership, management and organisational learning skills.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements specified in the national Training Package for BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning).

However, applicants are expected to:

• Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy (LLND): Demonstrate sufficient English language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy skills to successfully participate in training and assessment at the required qualification level.
• Pre-Enrolment Assessment: Complete a pre-enrolment suitability review, including an LLND assessment where required, to identify existing skills, knowledge and any additional support needs.
• Computer and Technology Skills: Have basic computer skills and the ability to use digital learning platforms, email and common office applications.
• Technology Access: Have access to a computer or laptop and a reliable internet connection where required for course participation.
• Previous Education or Experience: Previous qualifications or relevant work experience in leadership, management, training or organisational development are beneficial but are not mandatory unless specified by the RTO.
