The Diploma of Business (Leadership) course is designed to provide students with a diverse set of workplace managerial skills, placing a strong emphasis on leadership.
This comprehensive course is crafted to elevate your existing skills and experiences, preparing you to carry responsibilities for primary business functions such as project management, human resources, budgeting and finances, and leading a team. Upon completion, you’ll be well-equipped for mulitple management roles setting the stage for a rewarding career in business and leadership.
The Diploma of Business (Leadership) is a recognised qualification reflecting the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, coupled with experience in business services across diverse enterprise and industry contexts. Tailored for those aspiring to become Business Managers with a focus on leadership, this course places a strong emphasis on developing specialised knowledge and skills within the field of business services.
Graduates of this course are skilled at using initiative and judgment to direct, plan, and lead a spectrum of business functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
You will study higher levels of business theory and Australian business case studies.
This includes essential business topics such as: identification of marketing opportunities, oversee the performance of a team, manage business risk, how to develop critical thinking, manage budgets and financial plans, and others.

Admission Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must hold a current Approved visa for study in Australia (at the time of course commencement)
- Must demonstrate satisfactory completion of studies in applicant’s home country equivalent to an Australian Year 10 qualification* (Department of Home Affairs may require country-specific higher education requirement for approved visa for study in Australia application assessment).
- Are required to provide evidence of any one of the following tests of upper intermediate proficiency in English: (see exemptions below)

Only TOEFL iBT scores from a test taken on or before 25 July 2023 are accepted for Approved visa for study in Australia purposes. * Under 18 students must have welfare and accommodation arrangements approved by the Department of Home Affairs. | |||
